At Alyor, we focus on delivering quality products. Due to the nature of unstitched lawn suits, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
A return request will only be accepted if:
- The customer receives a damaged product
- The customer receives an incorrect product
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Customer must provide clear pictures/video proof
Exchange Process
For approved exchanges:
- Contact Alyor customer support
- Share order details and proof
- Wait for approval
- Send the product back as instructed
- Replacement will be dispatched after inspection
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the available payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color differences due to screen/lighting
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Products without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
