Order Cancellation / When Customer Can Cancel
- Customers can request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If a customer refuses delivery, shipping charges or related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
